Applai is a candidate-side job-search platform designed to help users discover job opportunities, prepare and tailor application materials, track applications, and automate parts of the application process.

Auto Apply Information

Auto Apply is intended to assist with applications selected or authorized by you.

You remain responsible for ensuring that information submitted on your behalf is accurate.

Payment Information

Payments and subscription management may be handled by Stripe.

Applai may receive limited information relating to your purchase or subscription, such as:

• subscription or plan
• transaction status

• billing status
• renewal or cancellation status

Applai does not store your complete payment-card number.

We may process limited technical information required to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain Applai.

4. AI Processing

Applai uses third-party AI systems to provide some functionality.

We aim to send only the information reasonably necessary to perform the requested task.

Applai does not sell your:

• career profile
• prompts
• application history
• application answers

to advertisers or data brokers.

AI-generated results may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before being used in a real application.

5. Candidate-Side Use

Applai is built for job candidates.

Applai may analyze your background and compare it with job descriptions in order to help you prepare your own applications.

Applai does not make hiring decisions on behalf of employers.

Any:

• recommendation
• match
• analysis
• resume suggestion
• generated content

is intended to assist your own decision-making and does not represent an employer's assessment of your suitability.

6. Service Providers

We use third-party providers to operate Applai. The current service integrations include:

• Clerk for authentication and account access
• Stripe for checkout, subscription payment processing, and subscription management
• Railway for application hosting and infrastructure
• MongoDB for account, profile, application, and related service data
• PostgreSQL infrastructure for job-market data
• Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google model services for AI-assisted features, depending on the requested feature and current configuration

These providers may process information only as needed to perform the services they provide to Applai.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Applai and operate the service.

Account and career-profile information may generally be retained while an account remains active.

If a user deletes their account or requests deletion, personal information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.

Some information may temporarily remain in:

Certain records may also be retained where required by applicable law.
